The Glorious Church of Raleigh is where the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST is preached and taught. We believe that all the graces of the church are in full operation for the upbuilding of the saints to do the work of the ministry.
OUR DOCTRINE:
About God: There is ONE GOD, manifested as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in the Church. (Read Deuteronomy 6:4-6; Ephesians 4:4-6; Colossians 1:19; 2:9; 1Timothy 2:16).
About the Bible: The Bible is the Divinely Inspired and Inerrant Word of God the believer's manual of Faith and Practice. (2 Timothy 3:15-17).
About the Gospel: The Gospel is the Good News that Jesus Christ died for the sins of fallen humanity, was buried, and rode again for our justification. We identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ as we repent of our sins (death to sin), when we are baptized in water in the Name of Jesus Christ (burial), and as we receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance (resurrection).
